He has coached Ranji Trophy sides including Delhi, Jharkhand, Pondicherry, and Punjab Men’s State A, where he has enhanced athletic performance, managed training loads, reduced injury risk, and supported players through long competitive seasons. Over his career, Sanjib has been involved in training top Indian cricketers such as Rishabh Pant and Virat Kohli, as well as Ishant Sharma, Saurabh Tiwary, Varun Aaron, Nitish Rana, Ishan Kishan, Vinay Kumar, and many others as part of national and state-level programs.
