WRESTLING

The art of takedowns. Learn to control opponents through superior positioning, pressure, and chain wrestling.

The Discipline

WHY Wrestling

Wrestling is a combat sport, training method, and control system that focuses on takedowns, clinch work, and top pressure. It proves that a relentless, well‑trained wrestler can dominate larger, stronger opponents by using position, balance, and timing.

Built on relentless effort and grit, Wrestling is not just a workout—it’s a test of will. Every session builds explosive strength, scrambling endurance, and a deep understanding of leverage, pressure, and mat control.

“Wrestling builds the courage and discipline to face struggle, protect yourself, stay humble, and guide the strong with fairness and resolve.”

— Dan Gable

CAGE CONTROL

WALL WRESTLING MASTERY

Wall wrestling wins MMA fights. Watch live underhook battles, pummeling chains, and relentless fence pressure that break sprawls, strip posture, and chain directly into takedowns. Real-time footage shows wrist control forcing head-down positions where opponents can’t scramble.

Master cage dominance techniques: dirty boxing knees from whizzers, body locks that collapse defenses, and mat returns against the fence where 70% of fight finishes happen. These drills build the grip strength, timing, and pressure that separate elite grapplers from average ones.

The Variations

FREESTYLE TRAINING vs GRECO-ROMAN TRAINING

Traditional

FREESTYLE TRAINING

Freestyle emphasizes leg attacks, throws, and exposure points. Olympic-style wrestling rewards athletic takedowns, scrambles, and back exposure scoring.

Modern

GRECO-ROMAN TRAINING

Greco-Roman focuses on upper-body throws and lifts. No leg attacks allowed—pure strength, throws, and upper-body control dominate matches.
